Born and raised in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, Eddie Cintron hails from humble origins. At just nine years old, his single mother led their family on a quest for opportunity, transitioning to a new life that required resourcefulness and resilience. With limited means, they turned to baking traditional Puerto Rican pastries, with Eddie and his brothers selling these delectable treats door-to-door while his mother and sister tirelessly manned the stove. This early experience instilled in Eddie the core values of hard work, determination, financial acumen, and exceptional customer service.
By 2008, Eddie had ascended to what he believed was the pinnacle of his career. He helmed 75 employees across four departments in the Automotive Sales Industry, propelling a local Jacksonville Dealership to dominance in the Southeast region for seven consecutive years. His leadership earned the coveted Circle of Excellence Customer Service Award, a distinction reserved only for the nation's top 20 dealers. However, the recession of that era brought unforeseen challenges, threatening to strip away everything Eddie had built.
Forced into a transformative period, Eddie confronted the reality of starting anew amidst adversity. "I faced a make-or-break moment," he recalls. After exploring various industries, he discovered a fitting niche in real estate with Watson Realty Corp. He found resonance in Watson Realty's overarching commitment to Legendary Quality Service, distinguishing it from other real estate entities. This alignment not only provided Eddie with a professional home but also an avenue to guide individuals from their current lives towards the aspirations they envision.
